This is my “house” salad dressing — there is always some in the fridge, and I use it on almost any type of salad (including grain salads). It is so easy to make salad dressing, especially this one.
Yield: 1/2 cup
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 limes (about 1/8 cup)
- 1/8 cup champagne or white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- salt & pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake vigorously.
