Bite sized rice crispy treats are perfect for almost any occasion. I’ve served them at dinner parties and brought them to block parties. They are always a crowd-pleasing home run dessert. Oh, and bonus, they’re gluten free!
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- one package (16 oz) of large marshmallows
- 12 oz of puffed crisp rice cereal
- In a large pot, on medium heat, brown the butter. Add marshmallows, stir as necessary until melted. Add rice cereal and stir marshmallow fluff through cereal.
- Quickly, transfer rice cereal marshmallow fluff to 13″ x 18″ jelly roll sheet pan, and press into corners. Let cool. Trim edges, and cut into about 1.5″ squares.
