This is a bright and fresh sauce for fish, and made even easier if you put the herbs and garlic in a food-processor!
Ingredients
- 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 c finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 garlic clove finely grated
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- zest of 1/2 orange
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 orange
Directions
- Combine ingredients in medium bowl, stir with fork. Season to taste with salt.
- Spoon over arranged fish and serve.
